Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program: Helping You Build a Brighter Future

Are you facing a challenging life transition and need support to regain your footing? Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program might be just what you need. We’re currently open for enrollments and ready to assist households across Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Pine, Stearns, Sherburne, and Wright Counties. Best of all, our services are free to those who qualify.

Who Can Benefit? This program is designed for:

· Households who have spent years providing care for home and/or children and now need to find employment due to divorce, separation, death, or disability of a financial supporter.

· Individuals who previously relied on public assistance and no longer receive such support.

Our program can help you:

· Explore career, life, and education options

· Identify your individual strengths

· Learn to manage stress and anger

· Set and clarify personal goals

· Improve communication skills

· Financial assistance around education & training, short term housing

Funded in part by the State of Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED), the Rebuilding Lives Program is here to provide valuable support and guidance as you navigate toward stability.

Ready to Take the Next Step? To speak with a self-sufficiency counselor about eligibility or to enroll, please call us at 320-251-1612, Option 5.
