Tri-CAP’s Rebuilding Lives Program is Open for Enrollments!
We serve households in Benton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Kandiyohi, Pine, Stearns, Sherburne, and Wright Counties. Services are free to those who qualify.

Eligibility Criteria
You must have provided unpaid household services for a substantial number of years and have been dependent upon the financial support of another.
This can be from any number of personal factors: A separation, a divorce, desertion, a death or a disability of a spouse or partner. If you lose public assistance benefits, you can also qualify for our program.
You must meet income guidelines based on a federal formula (at or below 200% Federal Poverty Guidelines).

Child Care Access
The Child Care Access program assists families experiencing homelessness obtain and/or maintain county childcare assistance. Diapers, wipes, car seats, strollers and sensory items are available.
