Project Homeless Connect will bring together local organizations in the Stearns, Benton and Sherburne county area. This will provide a one-stop shop for the homeless population to receive services and information.
As part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Tri-County Action Program, Inc. was allocated $4.7 million dollars to complete weatherization program services on homes located in Benton, Sherburne, and Stearns Counties. These funds allow an average cost of $6,500 per home; Tri-CAP’s average cost is now approximately $5,100. We
