WHAT WE DO
BASIC NEEDS
Housing
Help Starts Here
Tri-CAP is a Coordinated Entry List Access Point
If you are homeless and need access to Central Minnesota Coordinated Entry Referral List and assessment, please contact a Tri-CAP self-sufficiency counselor at 320-251-1612 Option 5 for more information.
Common Assessment
Information from the assessment is placed in the Coordinated Entry System data base. When local organizations have program openings, they often ask CES staff to look in that data base for clients who might be a good match for their services.
- The assessment is NOT an emergency solution
- Completing an assessment is NOT a guarantee of housing
- Completing an assessment DOES NOT put you on the waiting list for Section 8 or HUD Housing
