HOMES FOR SALE
Tri-CAP occasionally has homes for sale in Benton, Stearns, and Sherburne County. Down-payment Assistance and Grants may be available to program qualified buyers.
MURL
Tri-CAP currently has homes for sale in Sauk Centre and Paynesville. MURL homes are sold at no profit, and with no interest, to households who could not otherwise afford a home. Homes are sold as Contract for Deed to qualifying families.
