HOMES FOR SALE
Tri-CAP has a home available for sale in the city of Big Lake. Down-payment Assistance and Grants are available to program qualified buyers.
MURL
Currently there are no MURL Homes available and NOT accepting applications. MURL homes are sold at no profit, and with no interest, to households who could not otherwise afford a home. Homes are sold as Contract for Deed to qualifying families.
