The FAIM program assists low-income working adults save money for Higher Education, Home Purchase, or to Start a small Business.
HOMES FOR SALE
Tri-CAP has occasional homes for sale in Big Lake and other cities in Sherburne County. Down-payment Assistance and Grants are available to program qualified buyers.
MURL
Currently, Tri-CAP has no homes available and not accepting applications. MURL homes are sold at no profit, and with no interest, to households who could not otherwise afford a home. Homes are sold as Contract for Deed to qualifying families.
