Energy Assistance
The 2011 - 2012 heating season program runs from October 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. Energy Assistance Applications can be downloaded on the forms page or by choosing 2012 English version and 2012 Spanish version.
If no application has been submitted in the 2010-2011 heating season, you may call our office at (320) 251-1612 or (888) 765-5597, visit forms tab on web page to download a copy, or click here general@tricap.org to request an application once available.

Guidelines change annually
CRISIS FUNDING
Crisis intervention for threat of or no heat situations. Must be approved for Energy Assistance for current program year.
ENERGY RELATED REPAIRS (ERR)
To correct emergency problems with heating systems for owner occupied dwellings. Must be approved for Energy Assistance for current program year.
