Energy Assistance
The 2010 - 2011 heating season program runs from October 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011. Energy Assistance Applications can be downloaded on the forms page or by choosing 2011 English version and 2011 Spanish version.
Applications for the 2010-2011 heating season will begin to be mailed mid-August thru mid-September for households that applied in the 2009-2010 season.
If no application has been submitted in the 2009-2010 heating season, you may call our office at (320) 251-1612 or (888) 765-5597, visit online to download a copy, or click here general@tricap.org to request an application. Applications will be mailed/ on line as soon as they are available.

Guidelines change annually
CRISIS FUNDING
Crisis intervention for threat of or no heat situations. Must be approved for Energy Assistance for current program year.
ENERGY RELATED REPAIRS (ERR)
To correct emergency problems with heating systems for owner occupied dwellings. Must be approved for Energy Assistance for current program year.
