The holidays bring about a time of thanks and giving. While so many are fortunate enough to have a home, food on their tables, and warmth, there are many more that go without. While Tri-CAP does receive government aid and foundation grants, these financial resources are not enough to cover the growing needs of people in a crisis situation.
